PYP Students are participating in a dance program at school being led by Carrie Pereira from
Starstruck Showcase.

The evening performance for your child will take place on Thursday November 2nd in the Franklin Gym at
Loomis Basin Charter School (See below for the listing of which classes perform at which time). There will
be two performances: one at 6:00 and another one at 7:00. All students performing at their respective times
are required to stay for the whole show. We are requesting a note for any student who will not be able to
perform that evening as every absent student leaves a gap in the performance.

Event Schedule for November 2nd:
5:30 – Students Arrive in their classroom to prepare for first show
6:00 – First show begins
6:45 – Parents pick up their children from their classroom after the show is over.
6:30 Students arrive in their classrooms to prepare for the second show.
7:00 Second show begins
7:45 Parents pick up their children from their classroom after the show is over.
Please note that DVDs of the evening performance will be able to be ordered on the night of the performance.
Thanks to our PTC, no tickets are needed for either of the performances.
