DESCRIPTION:What is Mustang Marketplace? \nMustang Marketplace is where 4th through 8th graders have the  opportunity to learn about what it would be like to start a small business and earn some money!  Students make items at home and will have the opportunity to sell those items. On one afternoon\, we will all set up in the gym and people will come shop and buy items. \nWhat can I sell? \nAll items must be made by students……not purchased and not made by your parents!   Some items from past years include: \nBracelets/Slime/Birdhouses/Holiday decorations and ornaments/Block Robots/Sealed baked goods \nWho will buy our products? \nYou can invite friends and relatives.  We will also invite families from Franklin.  LBCS students who are not selling at the Marketplace will also have an opportunity to come through the gym and browse. After school is out\, LBCS Students may come back with their parents and shop. \nWhen is the Marketplace? \nThe Marketplace will take place on Thursday\, December 7th from 3-5 pm \nDo I get to keep all of the money I make? \nWe will ask you to donate 10% of your profits to a charity that we all pick together.  The rest of the money is all yours!

DESCRIPTION:PYP Students are participating in a dance program at school being led by Carrie Pereira from\nStarstruck Showcase. \nThe evening performance for your child will take place on Thursday November 2nd in the Franklin Gym at\nLoomis Basin Charter School (See below for the listing of which classes perform at which time). There will\nbe two performances: one at 6:00 and another one at 7:00. All students performing at their respective times\nare required to stay for the whole show. Please do NOT send pumpkins with students to school. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the carnival\, and you must also take your pumpkin home with you at the end of the event.
